ReviewRise SaaS provides a platform that integrates with the Google Business Profile API to help business owners monitor and reply to customer reviews using AI-assisted text generation.
By connecting a Google Business account, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner or manager of the respective business location(s). You agree not to use our service to manage listings you do not have explicit permission to access.
While our AI system strives to generate polite and relevant replies to reviews, you are solely responsible for all content posted to your Google Business Profile. We highly recommend reviewing auto-generated replies before or after they are posted. ReviewRise SaaS is not liable for any reputational damage caused by AI-generated responses.
By using our platform, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies. If your Google account is suspended due to violations of Google's policies, your access to our related services will also be affected.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
