ReviewRise SaaS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you authenticate via Google OAuth, we request access to your Google Business Profile. We collect only the data necessary to provide our service: your business location details and customer reviews. We also collect your basic profile information (email address) for account creation.
The data fetched via the Google Business Profile API is used strictly to display your reviews in our dashboard and to generate suggested replies using Artificial Intelligence. We do not use your Google data for any other purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google Business data with any third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing agencies. Your data is only shared with our AI processor (e.g., Google Gemini/OpenAI) temporarily for the sole purpose of generating text replies, and it is not used to train their public models.
You can revoke ReviewRise SaaS's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Upon revocation or account deletion, we securely delete your API tokens and cached review data from our databases.
